High-Protein Baked Vanilla Donuts

Ingredients: Donuts

  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (60g total)

  • 1 Tbsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 1/2 cup oat flour (blend rolled oats in a high powered blender to make into a flour)

  • 1 large egg (or chia egg to substitute)

  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternatives)

  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Glaze

  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 Tbsp icing sugar
