Chocolate Popcorn Slice

The recipe is achievable for even the most beginner of cooks, 1 bowl, 1 tin, no oven required!

  • 4 cups popped unsalted popcorn

  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/3 cup rice malt syrup

  • 100g dark chocolate, melted (Lindt above 70% is DF)

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder


  1. Line a slice tin with baking paper

  2. Combine oil, rice malt syrup, and melted dark chocolate in a bowl

  3. Add the tahini and cacao powder, mix well
