Chocolate Cheesecake Protein Balls


Protein balls that are actually high in protein?! Yep, almost 9g of protein in these delicious chocolate balls. They're date free and 142 calories


Serves 10

Ingredients:

  • 80g rolled oats

  • 100g reduced fat cream cheese

  • 1/3 honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 80g chocolate protein powder

  • 3 tbsp cacao powder

  • 25g chocolate chips


Method:

  1. Blend the oats in a blender to make flour

  2. Combine the cream cheese, honey, and vanilla in a bowl and mix to combine. Add the oat flour, protein powder, cacao powder and chocolate chips. Mix to combine

  3. Slightly wet your hands and roll the mixture into balls. You will need to wet your hands throughout rolling them. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes to set
