Banana Protein Pancakes




One of our athletes requested a banana pancake recipe so we, of course, delivered! 😆

Suuuuper easy to make and SO yum

The recipe also makes a heap of pancakes, so you most definitely will be full and satisfied



We also have another protein powder free pancake recipe, if you're not a fan of protein powder.


Serves 1

Calories: 393, Protein: 46g, Carbohydrates: 24.2g, Fat: 11.4g



Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

2 eggs

3 tbsp vanilla protein powder

¼ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt


Method:

1. Mash the banana in a small bowl. Add the eggs and whisk to combine

2. Add the protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder and salt and mix well.

3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Spoon 1 tbsp size spoonfuls of mixture into the pan. Once bubbles start to rise on the pancake, flip it over.
