However, before we do, there are a couple of things we need to say to ensure we are all on the same page. This meal plan is tailored to you by an accredited practising sports dietitian. In saying that, there is no way to guarantee your results with a single plan - the body is more complex and incredible than that.
If you are struggling with your relationship with food, your body or restriction & binge behaviour, we don't recommend this plan for you. If this is you, book a coaching session with one of our dietitians. Your relationship with food matters and a meal plan won't fix that (it could even make it worse).
