Just like in our individual sessions we will create a tailored plan for each of you whilst ensuring you don't have 2 seperate grocery lists and double the bill!

Skinfolds

Track your progress with objective measures by booking a skin fold session with Level 1 ISAK Accredited Anthropometrist Hannah Wilson.

Subscribe to 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months of meals planned out with everything you need to live a healthy life with minimal stress. 

You'll receive healthy options for each meal and snack, a flexible portion guide, day-by-day plan for the month and a weekly grocery list (plus new recipes!). 

 

1:1 Nutrition Coaching

Learn how to fuel & nourish your body based on your individual requirements, goals and barriers.

Our first session is our chance to get to know you and ask all the questions that will help us form our plan.

If you are comfortable, we ask about:

  • Goals

  • Weight & relationship with weight history

  • Medical history

  • What day to day life looks like

  • Exercise/training

  • Sleep & stress

  • Diet (+likes & dislikes)

We'll give you some starting points and then we will take a week to draw up a tailored plan based on your goals.

Step 1: Initial Assessment Session - 60min
Step 2: First Review - 30mins

In your second session we will reflect on the past week and then talk through your new tailored meal plan with you.

This plan is an education tool and as we want you to understand our reasoning behind the foods and meals picked out for you and how they will help you to your goals. 

We also set metrics in this session so that you can track your progress over the next week or two.

Step 3: Ongoing Reviews - 30mins

This is where the magic happens!

We use these sessions to track progress, adjust your plan and ensure that you are progressing.

Once again, its all about education. The goal isn't to be seeing us forever, the goal is for you to understand enough about nutrition so that you can adjust your food yourself.

We also know that nutrition is more than a diet and we work with you to understand why you eat and build mindset skills for lasting results and healthy relationship with food.

What's the process?

Step 1. Mark the sites

Systematically locate the correct skin fold site using key bony markers and measurements.

Step 2: Pinch 

Pinch through 2-3 times based on accuracy (don't worry it doesn't hurt!)

Step 3. PDF Summary

We'll email you a pdf 1 page summary so that you can keep track of your results

REBATES & DISCOUNTS

Medicare*

Medicare offers a rebate of $53.80 for 5 sessions for those with chronic diseases or difficulty with weight management. Speak to your doctor about an EPC/CDM plan. 

Private health*

Check to see whether your private health will cover us! If they do, we can process this in clinic or if you are seeing us online, we'll send you a copy of the paid invoice after the session and you can send this to your insurance company to receive your rebate.

Sporting contracts

Your sports club may be eligible to work with us. We provide discounts on individual sessions to sporting club members.
